The faded finish gives it a worn, aged look right out of the box. The laces, tongue, and lining all carry the green tone. The translucent outsole glows green in the dark.
The bright orange-red Swoosh is the sharpest contrast on the shoe. It cuts through the dirty green base like a warning sign. The JA support piece along the midsole also gets the orange-red treatment. Brown sections around the opposite side and heel add another layer of darkness to the colorway.
The insole has a colorful Ja Morant screaming face graphic. It is a zombie-inspired detail that ties back to the seasonal theme. Nike has been doing Halloween colorways across multiple lines for years, but the Ja 4 version might be the most creative one yet. It actually looks like a zombie shoe instead of just an orange and black colorway.
